Ryan’s Biography:

Ryan graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, where he embraced the core virtues of duty, honor, and loyalty. Those principles would become the compass of his life—guiding him in combat and in civic leadership. After Annapolis, he earned his law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden, further sharpening his commitment to justice and service.  

Commissioned in the U.S. Navy, Ryan became a Navy SEAL, completing four overseas deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Central and South America in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
