The current Township Committee continues to operate under a stable tax rate, while providing essential services and maintaining the rural quality of life we enjoy.

• Received $921.000 in state aid grants for road improvement projects 2020-2026

• Received $ 230,000 grant for water quality and lake management in 2026

• Funded $420,000 to the Mountain Lake Fire Company between 2020-2026; in addition to liability, workers comp and vehicle insurance coverage, plus sponsoring $91,600 in outside grants.

• Received $141,000 in grants for recreation facility improvements that are currently underway

• Saved $55,000 in salary, pension and health benefits with a shared-service arrangement

• Added $36,000 annual rental income from New Jersey State Police starting in 2026

• Passed zoning ordinance prohibiting data centers in all areas of the Township

• Provide subsidized 6-week summer recreation program serving approximately 100 children
